FOUNDER & PROJECT LEAD

Steve Powers is the Founder and Project Lead of Red Cat Projects. With nearly 20 years of experience in the entertainment & hospitality industry, Steve is regarded as one of the most versatile and energetic performers and event organizers in the industry.  His experience ranges from production, event management, operations, marketing & social media.
Steve’s music industry journey began almost immediately after graduating from Muhlenberg College with his B.A. in 2004 by helping produce over 30 shows on consecutive nights in Acapulco, Mexico with multiple A-list entertainers and agencies. His music production and entertainment career in NYC started with Strategic Group now known as TAO Group/MSG.  Not just as an entertainer, but as a creative executor Steve has been able to produce quality entertainment across the U.S. and worldwide.  Some of his events with TAO Group have included headlining and supporting multiple Super Bowl extravaganza’s, Rolling Stone Magazine’s Hurricane Sandy Relief Gala, countless movie premieres, as well as an endless list of A-List celebrity events.
Early in Steve’s career he also secured strategic partnerships with major entertainment brands.  One in particular was ESPN.  Steve headlined the official ESPN ESPY’s award show with entertainers along the lines of Flo-Rida, Lil’ Kim, and others in which led to another event garnering national coverage.  ESPN then held an NFL Championship weekend which Steve assisted in producing as well as performing and hosting with Hall of Fame co-host Terrell Owens, among guests Aaron Rodgers, Lil’ Jon, Oscar winner Adrien Brody and more.  This event was headlined in an issue of ESPN the Magazine.
In 2013 Steve signed a multi-year residency with Light Las Vegas to perform and operate multiple facets of their business and entertainment including digital & social media marketing, ticket sales, music direction, as well as VIP experiences. He co-produced events with then partner Cirque Du Soleil having creative control of his own shows with the tools of this iconic brand.  As one of a select few on a roster that included record breaking Grammy artists like Skrillex, Zedd, Axwell & Ingrosso, Alesso, Krewella, Steve expanded his promoter contacts in the music industry which he actively maintains.   
Steve also has created a distinct unique sound as a music producer with many title tracks and brands highlighting his works like Coachella Music Festival and Victoria’s Secret.   Signing with BMG as his publisher, as well as having a non-exclusive agreement with Live Nation as an artist at their east coast properties has enabled Steve to become a force in the entertainment and event industry.

Wendy’s 40 years of operational experience have allowed her to lead teams in all aspects of design, planning and operating for performing arts’ centers, amphitheaters, and multi-use venues.
Unlike many consultants, Wendy has been a venue leader working in this industry throughout her time as a consultant. This operational experience has provided her specialized knowledge of the realities of how a venue operates and what it needs to be effective in that operation.

In her construction oversight and contracting experience, Wendy has overseen restorations, renovations and new construction from visioning and inception of schematic design, value engineering to completion of construction and operations of the venue.

Mike Perez is the Group CEO of HH Global. He leads the Group Management Board and sits on the Executive Board of Directors.   Mike is responsible for leading and growing HH Global worldwide. As a twenty year industry veteran of marketing execution, he leads overall strategic growth and operations and drives the success of HH Global, focusing on client relationships across more than sixty four countries.
